African Offroad Tours is proud to offer our visitors a once in a lifetime opportunity to be trained
at our dirt bike school by some of the very best off road motorcycle riders in the
country. Our trainers include off road enduro champion Elmer Simmons, National Offroad Champion and Roof of Africa Winner, his brother Phillip Simmons and several other nationally ranked off road dirt bike riders. Not only are our
dirt bike school instructors accomplished motorcycle riders, but they are skilled trainers as well. |

Our goal is
to ensure that every Dirt Bike School trainee leaves the course as a much better dirt bike rider. We focus on all aspects of dirt bike riding, to ensure that you develop a higher level of understanding of the balance between you and your bike. |

At the African Offroad Tours Academy, we go beyond purely on-the-bike techniques, dealing with the vital aspects of strength & cardiovascular training, nutrition, mental attitude and racer psychology, injury prevention & recovery, and developing a support network. |

All courses have a maximum of 6 riders. Course prices include the use of the Academy's Suzuki DRZ 400 bikes. Discounts apply to riders that furnish their own bikes. |
